I have been anxiously waiting for this book to come out since I finished The Martian. While I did enjoy this book, The Martian is still my favorite by Andy Weir. The story takes place in Artemis, a city on the moon. Without giving anything away, I'll say that it turns out there is some shady dealings going on with some of the residents. As with The Martian, our hero needs to figure a lot of complicated situations out in a hurry or she (and many other people) will die. While this worked for me with The Martian, it was a little harder to believe in this book. Our hero is a young girl with no real training except in welding by her father. If you can let that go, and it isn't hard to be caught up in the story and forget she shouldn't know how to do everything she does, you will love this story! I laughed out loud several times, and stayed up way past my bedtime to finish the book. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars.
